The NAPOLCOM has not accredited any review center to conduct review classes nor published examination materials for the PNP Entrance and Promotional Examination.


NAPOLCOM honors community partners, loyalty and model employees

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) will celebrate its 53rd Founding Anniversary on September 6, 2019 in its main office in Quezon City which will be highlighted by the conferment of awards and commendations to community partners and NAPOLCOM awardees.

Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo M. Año will be the Guest of Honor and Speaker of the anniversary program with the theme “NAPOLCOM @ 53: Pursuing Excellence and Professionalism towards Quality Service” which will start with the celebration of the Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m. to be followed by the awarding ceremonies at 10:00 in the morning.

Secretary Año will be joined by NAPOLCOM Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer Atty. Rogelio T. Casurao and Commissioners Felizardo M. Serapio, Jr., Job M. Mangente and Zenonida F. Brosas, and PNP Chief PGEN Oscar D. Albayalde in the presentation of awards.

Community Service Award will be given to Mr. Little Jones Espeleta  of the Life in Jesus Evangelistic Mission Church, Inc. and to the Foundation for Crime Prevention, Inc. (FCP) and the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) for their unwavering support to the organizing committee of the 25th National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW) and for their generous contribution to the successful conduct of the NAPOLCOM programs and activities, particularly the Search for Model PNP Families.

A plaque of recognition will also be presented to Atty. Leah M. Enriquez of the Office of the Court Administrator, Supreme Court; Atty. Tricia Clare A. Oco of the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council; and Director Janette S. Padua of the Parole and Probation Administration for their invaluable contribution as members of the Technical Committee on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (TCCPCJ) and for their continuing close cooperation and support to the successful implementation of the government’s crime prevention polices and criminal justice programs.

The Commission will also give plaque of recognition to PLTCOL Marlon V. Rufo, Regional Training Director of the Regional Training Center in Pampanga, for sharing his expertise in the formulation, construction and development of test items for the PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations and the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Examination which immensely contributed in the professionalization and promotion of career development in the police service.

Also to be awarded is Mr. Ronald Y. Bello in acknowledgement of his distinguished service as Musical Director of the NAPOLCOM Chorale since 1995 and in recognition of his invaluable contribution as the composer of the NAPOLCOM Hymn.

Awards and commendations will also be given to NAPOLCOM Model Supervisors and Associates, Loyalty Awardees and Retirees.

“As we celebrate the founding anniversary of the Commission, we also take cognizance of the commendable performance and unselfish commitment of our employees by giving awards and commendations for a job well done,” Atty. Casurao said.
