PNP REGULAR EXAMINATION

The National Police Commission conducts two sets of police examinations twice a year, one for those who are already in the police service (promotional), and another for those aspiring to enter the Philippine National Police (PNP entrance).

The PNP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age, height and educational requirements. Click here to view the General Qualifications

The PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS are open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.  Click here to view the General Qualifications

Applicants shall utilize the On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) to request the Regional Office for their schedule on the filing of examination application. Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed on-line Confirmation Letter, filled-out Application Form and other required documents, for further evaluation.

NAPOLCOM COMPUTER ASSISTED EXAMINATION (CAEx) ANNOUNCEMENT

The NAPOLCOM Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) for the PNP Entrance Examination is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age and educational requirements, as well as to Police Officers I (PO1) whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility.  Applicants shall utilize the On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) to request for their schedule.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

In line with the Commission's continuing thrusts to ensure the absolute integrity of its systems and processes, we are hereby serving notice that the Computer-Assisted Examination scheduled from July 9 to September 26, 2019 are temporarily suspended until further notice.


PESE EXAMINATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The National Police Commission announces the conduct of the 13th POLICE EXECUTIVE SERVICE ELIGIBILITY EXAMINATION for all qualified uniformed members of the PNP with the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel (PLTCOL) with permanent status of appointment. 

A total of 76 or only 28.25% of the 269 Police Lieutenant Colonels passed the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Written Examination conducted on August 25, 2019 in Quezon City, Cebu City and Davao City.

The National Police Commission conferred the Police Executive Service Eligibility certificates on the 80 police officials who successfully passed the NAPOLCOM-administered police eligibility examination for the third level ranks in the Philippine National Police (PNP).  Click here to view the Resolution.

Paunawa at Pabatid Hinggil sa Death at TPPD Benefits ng mga NAPOLCOM Pensioner

June 2, 2020

Nais po naming ipaalam sa aming pensioners ang kasalukuyang kalagayan o katayuan ng NAPOLCOM death and total permanent physical disability (TPPD) pension benefits. Katulad po ng inyong napag-alaman, natigil po ang pag-proseso ng inyong pension buhat ng sumulat ang Department of Budget and Management (DBM) sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) at sa Commission on Audit (COA) noong 19 Nobyembre 2019. Ang posisyon po ng DBM patungkol sa death at TPPD benefits ng mga NAPOLCOM pensioners ay ito ay "double compensation" na ipinagbabawal sa ating Konstitusyon.

Ang   NAPOLCOM po ay dagliang nakipag-ugnayan sa mga nasabing ahensya upang ipaglaban ang ating posisyon na ang NAPOLCOM pension ay hindi "double compensation" upang sa gayon ay tuluyang maibalik na ang pagbibigay ng inyong death and TPPD pension benefits.

Matapos po ang ilang pakikipag-usap ng NAPOLCOM sa Malacaiiang, na kung saan   nagsumite din po ng sulat si DILG Secretary/NAPOLCOM Chairman Eduardo M. Año sa ating kagalang-galang na Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte, nag-issue ang DBM ng Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) at Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) noong ika-20 ng Pebrero 2020 para sa inilaang pondo na ipambabayad ng NAPOLCOM sa kanilang pensioners.

Sa pananaw po ng NAPOLCOM, natapos na ang usaping ito sa lebe ng DBM nang maglabas ang nasabing ahensya ng SARO at NCA para mapunan ang cash requirements para sa ating mga pensioners matapos ang halos tatlong buwan na pagkaantala.

Ngunit, hindi po natapos dito ang usapin. Noong 14 January 2020, matapos matanggap ang liham mula sa DBM na may petsang 19 Nobyembre 2019, ang Auditors po ng COA ay nag-issue ng Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM) No. 2020-003 (2019) na nag-uutos sa NAPOLCOM na ipatigil ang pagbabayad ng inyong pension benefits. Naglalaman din ito ng babala na kung ipagpapatuloy ng NAPOLCOM ang pagbibigay muli ng nasabing benepisyo, rnatapos matanggap ang nasabing AOM, ay maglalabas ang COA ng Notice of Disallowance (ND) na ang magiging resulta o epekto ay ang paghahabla sa mga tumanggap ng pension, at sa mga opisyal ng NAPOLCOM na nag-proseso, upang ipasauli ang mga pera na natanggap bilang death and TPPD benefits.

Agaran naming sinagot ang nasabing AOM noong 20 Enero 2020.  Matapos mag-isyu ng SARO at NCA ang DBM noong 20 Pebrero 2020, wala pa rin natanggap ang NAPOLCOM na sagot mula sa COA sa aming sinumiteng komento sa kanilang AOM NO. 2020-003 (2019). Dahil dito, minarapat naming i-follow up sa COA ang kanilang sagot sa aming komento sa AOM 2020-003 (2019) sa pamamagitan ng isang liham na may petsang 03 Marso 2020. Subalit, hanggang nagkaroon na ng Enhanced Community Quarantine, ay wala kaming natanggap na anumang sagot mula sa COA. Alinsunod sa patakaran ng COA, kailangang sagutin nito ang komento ng anumang ahensya ng pamahalaan na inisyuhan ng AOM sa nasusulat na pamamaraan.     Ito     ang .   dahilan    kung     bakit     sumulat     si     DlLG Secretary/NAPOLCOM Chairman Eduardo M. Año kay COA Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo noong 28 Abril2020 upang ipaalam sa kanya ang isyu na ito. Bagamat sumagot si Chairperson Aguinaldo sa pamamagitan ng isang liham na may petsang 09 Mayo 2020, hindi pa rin sinasagot ng COA Auditors ang komento ng NAPOLCOM sa kanilang AOM No. 2020-003 (2019).

Dahil dito, hindi pa maaaring i-release ng NAPOLCOM ang inyong pension hangga't walang direktang pahintulot ng COA Auditors. Kung ating babalewalain ang kanilang babala, ang maaaring mangyari ay ipababalik din ang pera na inyong matatanggap bilang pension.   Kung sakali naman na tahasang sagutin ng COA Auditors na hindi na sila mag-iisyu ng ND, ay maaari nang i-release ng matiwasay ang inyong pension ng walang kaakibat na agam-agam o pangamba.

Bilang dagdag na pagkilos ng NAPOLCOM, may ipinasumite po na pangalawang liham si DILG Secretary/NAPOLCOM Chairman Eduardo M. Año kay COA Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo upang sagutin na ng COA Auditors ang ating komento sa kanilang AOM na, sa paniniwala namin, ay tinanggap na ng DBM kaya nag-issue ng SARO at NCA ang nasabing ahensya

Ang NAPOLCOM ay kaisa ninyo sa hangaring maibalik ang mga benepisyo ninyo. Kayo po ay agad naming babalitaan sa susunod na kaganapan patungkol sa inyong pension benefits.

The Public Assistance Unit (PAU) is tasked to receive calls involving police anomalies and irregularities and take appropriate actions as necessary and dispatch IMIS personnel to monitor, validate and investigate legitimate reports/complaints within 24 hours from receipt thereof.The PAU renders duty on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week.
